Important information about your reseller account

As previously announced, TPP Wholesale is continuing the process of consolidating all domain names onto CentralNic’s state-of-the-art reseller system. We will now be commencing transfers upon renewal for select domain names.

What does this mean for you?

There is nothing that you need to do. We will manage this process for you. However, as we transfer domains to our new backend upon renewal, there are two changes you need to be aware of:

1. There may be instances where the previous registrar will send the registrant email address a notification signalling the transfer away from this registrar account. You can advise your customers to ignore these emails.

2. Once the domain has been successfully transferred to our new accreditation and backend, for any gTLD where the registrant email address has not been verified, this will trigger a verification as per ICANN policy.

As announced yesterday, TPP will be upgrading all existing legacy cPanel and WHM hosting plans to our world-class lightning-fast infrastructure. These upgrades will take place in batches and will commence in the month of November 2020.

If you manage legacy cPanel or WHM plans (plans purchased before July 2020), yesterday’s email communications were sent out to the primary and secondary email address saved on your reseller account (Reseller Admin Panel > Account Settings > Manage Account).

If you manage legacy cPanel or WHM plans and have not received the email communication, please contact your account manager or contact us here to avoid missing future communications.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten the password for your reseller account please enter your account reference or your login in the form below and click submit. An email with further instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the account's contact email address that we hold on file.

If you do not receive the email, please check your email account to ensure that the email has not been filtered to a SPAM or TRASH folder. If you do not receive the email, it is likely that the email address you have previously linked to your account is different to your current address.

Has your email address changed?

If your email address has changed or the information that we have on file is incorrect, please contact TPP Wholesale Pty Ltd via support@tppwholesale.com.au. After undergoing a short authentication process we will update the account details accordingly.
