Planned Maintenance 1st March 2026

We will be performing planned platform maintenance on the 1st March 2026 between 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM AEDT . During this time, the console, customer, reseller and domain portals, along with the API will be temporarily unavailable.

Domains, DNS, Hosting, and Microsoft 365 services will continue to remain online, however due to the temporary loss of access, you will not be able to submit renewals, registrations or updates during this time.

We appreciate your patience while we complete this maintenance to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of our systems.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten the password for your reseller account please enter your account reference or your login in the form below and click submit. An email with further instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the account's contact email address that we hold on file.

If you do not receive the email, please check your email account to ensure that the email has not been filtered to a SPAM or TRASH folder. If you do not receive the email, it is likely that the email address you have previously linked to your account is different to your current address.

If your email address has changed or the information that we have on file is incorrect, please contact Domain Directors Pty Ltd (Operating as TPP Wholesale) via support@tppwholesale.com.au. After undergoing a short authentication process we will update the account details accordingly.
